He is survived by: his wife Lynda Garland (Whitlock); and his daughters, Leesa Lynn Willis of Tampa, Florida, Jodi Kay Greenfelder of Indianapolis, Indiana, Kimberly Rae Paris (John) of Champaign, Illinois and Sheena Ree Garland of Mahomet. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
