He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Dixon Holt and Margaret Jane Miller Holt; his wife Katherine Troglia; and also Marie McGinnis. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Holt (Claudette) of Meriden, Connecticut, Marsha Hammack (Marshall) of Naperville, Illinois and Kathy Bosley (Robert) of Memphis, Tennessee.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
