He was predeceased by: his father Jacob George Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Deb Chambers; his mother Melissa Dobbins Chambers Champaign; and his siblings, Bobbie Chambers (Tim Thompson) of La Quinta, CA, Clare Chambers (Marty Ames) and Guy "Jake" Chambers. He is also survived by several cousins, four nieces and one nephew.
