She was predeceased by: her father Percy Harvey Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Johnnie Mae Harvey; her children, Toriano Harvey, Devon "Wayne" Turner (Donyetta), Taneka Harvey, Kyesha Harvey, Kanyja Harvey, Keon Russell-Harvey, Jordan Russell-Harvey, Rueben Ramirez-Harvey and Immanuel Russell-Harvey; her siblings, Dennis Bigham (Crystal), Ernest "Carlos" Harvey (Sandra), Dontae Bailey-Harvey, Knicole Brown and Tracie Dotson (Ernest); her close friend Eugene Heath Jr.; her brother Percy Harvey Jr.; and her granddaughter Charnese Brown. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, church family and many friends.
