She was predeceased by: her father Delmar Dale Kesler; and her brother Dale Edward. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Kesler (West); and her siblings, Drew Howard Kesler (Barbara), Carol Nadine Owen (James) and Sharon Irene Sanders-Forth (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

Paula was born on July 21, 1954 at Carle Foundation Hospital, the daughter of Evelyn (West) and Delmar Dale Kesler.
