He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Knight and Amanda Knight (Wright); his spouse Pat; his family Pat; his children, Paul "Keith" Jr. Knight (Betsy) and Lisa Cosimini (Mark); his grandchildren, Megan McGuire (Chris), Kristin Fehr (Scott), Tony Cosimini and Nico Cosimini; his great grandchildren, Sam, Ruby Fehr, Rocky, Bodhi, Jonas, Jude and Winona McGuire; and his siblings, Fanchon Irwin, Dora Rich and Clyde "Bud" Knight.
