He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thompson and Madge Thompson; and his sister Norma Jean Clark. He is survived by: his brother William Thompson (Arleigh) of Oakwood; his wife Peggy; and his children, Debbie Johansen (Joe), William Thompson, Sarah Mullins, Emily Smith (Jason) and Elizabeth Whalen-Dillman (Justin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, and lots of other "children" he loved and cared.
