It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oris Ward (Champaign, Illinois), who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son James Ward (Urbana); his stepchildren, Penny McKinney (Champaign) and Rick Birt of Seymour, TN; his wife Barb; and his daughter-in-law Cindy.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Evans (Urbana) and Mindy Rife (Mahomet); and his stepchildren, Sharon Paris (Foosland), Pat Malloch (Mahomet) and Carl Smithpeters (Forrest City).
