He was predeceased by: his father Bill Koch. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Koch (East), Caroline Koch Volk (Germany) and Chris Fowler of Champaign, IL; his grandson Miles Keith Volk; his son-in-law Nathan Volk; his wife Susan Fowler; and his former wife Barbara Kitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, in-laws, and countless friends.
