He is survived by: his wife Marcella Celene Smith (Aylward); and his children, Anthony Edward Smith (Dee), Richard Alan Smith (Nancy), Dennis James Smith (Beverly) and Alice Jean Taylor. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
