He is survived by: his parents, Terry Stegall (Sharla) of Abingdon and Lisa Welch of Flora; his grandmothers, Dorthy Stegall of Abingdon and Becky Kinzer of Galesburg; his siblings, Royce Stegall (Lisa) of Decatur, Katherine Welch, Shelby Welch and Cassandra Moore; his family, Whitehouses, Campbells, Wattersons and Barnetts; his close friend Mack; and his niece Audree. He is also survived by his family, friends.
