He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Munhall and Gwendolin Munhall (Wells); his wife Carrie Ellen Munhall (Sebens); his brothers, Jerry, Charles and David; and his grandson Daniel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Beth Munhall, Theresa Moore, Pamla (Lynn), Bogle (Texas), Lynette Martin (Idaho) and Shelly Carling (Chicago). He is also survived by Six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and seven great- great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Melvin's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
