It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marina Fox of Champaign, Illinois, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul and Grace Balkey of El Paso, Texas.. She is survived by: her parents, Charles W Clements Jr. and Kathleen Balkey-Clements; her brothers, Eddie Balkey of Bloomington, IL, Justin Melton of El Paso, Jason Balkey of Las Cruses and Charlie Clements of Urbana, IL.; her aunt Mammie; and her uncle Russ Shaffer of Champaign, IL.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
