With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilynne Wright of Champaign, Illinois, born in Cicero, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2024 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilynne Wright to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Venturella and Wanda Venturella (Popiel); her daughter Whitney Wright of Champaign; her stepsons, Adam Zopf of Pasadena, CA and Eric Zopf (Sarah) of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Trez, Arianna, Brooklynn, Haley and Frankie; and her sister Charlene Blazejak of LaGrange.
The family is asking in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to the Champaign County Humane Society, which Marilynne supported for many years.
