She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Havlicek; her parents, Paul Wruck and Anna Wruck; her siblings, Joe Wruck, Betty Plessner (Otto), Babe Wruck (Marge), George Wruck (Jane) and Francis Wruck; and her nephews, John Wruck and Paul Wruck.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Havlicek (Elisa), Diane Yeazel (Robert), Judy Olszewski (Rich) and Jim Havlicek; her grandchildren, Ryan Yeazel (Tonya), Amanda Lesnick (Bobby), Abby Meehan (Steve), Richie Olszewski and Johnny Olszewski; her great grandchildren, Kayla Yeazel, Daniel Yeazel, William Yeazel, Joey Lesnick, Andrew Lesnick, Hayley Lesnick, Tess Meehan and Finn Meehan; and her nieces and nephews, Joanne Aasen, Robert Plessner, Kathy Hoffman, Ron Wruck, Gary Wruck, Nancy McKnight and Mary Anne Vonderheide.
