She was predeceased by: her parents, Presley Mattix and Bernice Mattix (Schwarm); and her brother Edwin Mattix. She is survived by: her niece Paula J. Mattix-Wand (Gerry) of Bethalto, Illinois; her nephews, Phillip L. Mattix of St. Elmo and Patrick L. Mattix (Jeri) of Haubstadt, Indiana; her cousin Gene Schwarm of Farina, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Mary Jane Mattix of St. Elmo, Illinois.. She is also survived by three great-nephews; one great-niece.
