He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Etheridge (Pater) and Harold Etheridge; his wife Barbara Folkes; his sister Doris Coddington; and his grandson Bryce Etheridge.
He is survived by: his children, Dixie Schoonover (George) of Mahomet, Randy Etheridge (Cathy) of Lawernceville, GA, Rob Etheridge (Dawn) of Pesotum and Doris Harpain (Tim) of Clovis, CA.; and his stepdaughter Anje Smith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
