He was predeceased by: his parents, Simeon Wampler and Dorothy Wampler; his wife Donna Buck Wampler; and his sister Virginia Summers. He is survived by: his son Rick Wampler (Ann); his grandchildren, Katy Shapiro (Mark), Ally Bertsche (Martin) and Patrick Wampler (McKenzie); his great grandchild Jeff Wampler (Shari); and also, Matt Wampler (Kristen), Molly, Sam Wampler, Susie Aeilts (Rick), Audrey and Joe Aeilts.
