He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neff and Marie Neff; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Ann Neff; his children, Michael Neff and Lorisa Harrell (Aden); and his granddaughter Magdalena Neff.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Morgan Memorial (1304 Regency Dr W, Savoy, IL 61874).
