We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2024, at the age of 92, John P. Hummel of Champaign, Illinois, born in Blue Earth, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hummel and Charlotte Hummel (Almquist); his wife Bonnie Bernards; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his children, Glenn Hummel (Linda) of Valparaiso, IN, Paul Hummel (Carla) of Las Vegas, NV, Thomas Hummel (Shelly Reiten) of Savoy, IL and Mary Bahnfleth (William) of State College, PA.; and his great grandchildren, Emmett Fardink and Sylvia Stevens.
