He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph Keith Dague, Cathy Schackel, Van Gundy and Betty Van Gundy. He is survived by: his parents, Darryl Dague of Tuscola, IL and Jodie Hinkle (Van Gundy) of St. Joseph, IL; his son Bradyn Dague of Champaign, IL; and his sister Melissa Tepovich (Doug) of Mahomet, IL. He is also survived by niece and nephew and several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
