She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fulk and Dorothy Fulk (Polk). She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Lorraine (Christopher David Malcolm) and William (Tina Marie Shobe); and her siblings, Carolyn Maple, Kenneth (Jennifer Fulk) and Sally Crabill (Shobe). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
