He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Alexander and Ethel Mai Voss (Parker); his spouse Beverly Schneider; his stepson Chris Sandwell of Champaign; his nieces, Donalda Voss of Bloomington, IL and Cynthia Cribbett (Richard) of Urbana; his great-nephew Tony; his great-nieces, Teresa, Becky, Jenny and Cristy; his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Schneider and Cindy Johnson (Les); his brother David Voss; his nephew James David Voss; and also, Lexie (Kaylene), Brylie and Wade.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 17.
