He was predeceased by: his parents, Hung Yul and Au Ki Im (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Susan Lee; his sons, David Im (Maggie) and Joseph Im (Angelica); and his grandchildren, Karizma, Isaiah, Gabriel, Mia and Amalia Im. He is also survived by six sisters and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
