He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Berchtold; his sons, Joseph, Paul and Edward Knoke; his son-in-law Kirk Bales; and his siblings, Herman, Lorraine Jansen, Cecile Bruss and Marion Moede.
He is survived by: his children, Herman, Michael Knoke (Kate) of Champaign and Mary Bales of Champaign; his daughters-in-law, Merry Knoke of West Bend and Sharon Knoke of Paxton; his grandsons, Luke Knoke (Elizabeth) of Champaign, Nick Knoke of Champaign, Tim Knoke of Champaign and Patrick Knoke; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Emily Knoke of Champaign; and his siblings, Alice Bruss, Anita Knoke, John of Wisconsin, Gene of Wisconsin and Dan Knoke of Wisconsin.
Due to current COVID concerns, there will be no visitation or funeral.
Memorial donations may be made to a donor's choice, The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Wounded Warrior Project or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
