He was predeceased by: his sister Sue Cawthon. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Jill Longfellow of Prescott, AZ, Josh Longfellow (Stacey) of Mt. Zion, IL, Scott (Tina), Brad Gillespie of Greenville, IN and Lori Gillespie of Champaign, IL; and his siblings, Gary Longfellow of Rossville, IL and Sandy (Jim) Firebaugh. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (3350 N MacArthur Rd, Decatur, IL 62526). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Graceland Cemetery (2901 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526).
