He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Mae Jackson and Harold Sr. Jackson; and his siblings, Earl Miller, Prentiss Brown, Ronnie Brown and Oneida Gray.
He is survived by: his son Harold Miller III (Leah); his sisters, Ezra Akins, Gloria Smith, Joyce Lewis and Linda Miller; and his grandchildren, Josiah, Jayden and Juliana.
