He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence G. Miller and Violet L. Miller (Sutcliffe); and his son David L. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Diane Katsinas Pelafos Miller; his children, Stephen Miller (Connie) of Champaign and Susan Heiser (Gregory) of Lake Forest; his stepchildren, Kari Pelafos of Champaign and Mark Pelafos (Diane) of Champaign; his grandchildren, Bradley Miller (Victoria) of Chicago, Christopher Miller of Chicago, Emilee Miller of Chicago, Geoffrey Heiser of Chicago, Jonathan Heiser of Chicago, Allie Pelafos of Nashville and John Pelafos of Champaign; and his great grandchildren, Ava Santiago and Shia Miller of Chicago.
