She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Allen-Pirtle and Nishie Allen-Pirtle; her husband Herman Huffman Sr.; and her siblings, Lue Lena Pirtle-McDaniel, Katherine Pirtle-McCutchen, Alvin LaSalle, James Edward and J. W. Pirtle.
She is survived by: her children, Herman Lincoln Jr. Ether (Ruby) and Rose Marie Huffman-Thomas (Renard); her grandchildren, Tonya, Marisa, Michelle and Jay Ceon; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Iammar, Samir, Ty and Trevor; her sisters, Marvarine Pirtle and Lois Pirtle; and her children-in-law, Renard and Ruby. She is also survived by nephews, cousins and friends.
