He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Manning Portee'. He is survived by: his wife Brenda J. Smith; his children, Sandra Manning of White Plains, MD, Shamira Smith of Champaign, IL, Grace Lewis of Champaign, IL, Vincent Manning of Fairburn, GA, Eric Manning of Champaign, IL and Edmond Smith; and his brothers, James Jr., John and Henry Manning. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin's, friends and special friends.
