She was predeceased by: her brother Gregory Bollinger; and her niece Hannah Bollinger. She is survived by: her husband Steve Turpin; her father Mark Bollinger; her stepmother Sunki Bollinger; her mother Evelyn Theis; her stepfather Herb Theis; her brother Vinnie Bollinger (Cindy); and her niece Tasha. She is also survived by five stepchildren, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
