He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freda Tennant (Haas) and John Tennant; his wife Nancy C. Estaque; his children, Michael Everett Tennant (Judy), Susan Tennant Manning (Patrick) of Plano and Elizabeth Tennant Brotherton (Mark) of Bossier City; his daughter-in-law Dianne Tennant Rucker (Craig) of Prescott, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Jamie, Austin, Jack (Jenna), Adrianne Tennant, Ryne (Amy), Graham (Hillary), Jace Tennant (Linnea), Elliott (Emily), Tyler (Julianne), Colin (Ellen), Sarah McGill, Douglas (Megan), Michael (Sarah) and Eric Brotherton; his great grandchildren, Collette, Delany, Todd, Vince, Parker, Margot, John, Charlotte, Sebastian, Grace, Chipper, Amelia, Tennant Lane, Madison, Peyton, Taylor, Everett and Reagan; his brother Tom Tennant (Jane) of Boise Idaho; his son Todd Michael Tennant; and his siblings, Jean Tennant Rutherford and John Tennant. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral and visitation are private due to covid.
