She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Laura Miller; her pets, J. C. Miller, Larry Butler, Eugene Miller, Ida Marie Davis and Christine Miller Durr; her son-in-law Larry Hays; her pet Nick; her husband Rufus Kersh Sr.; and her son Christopher Kersh.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Elijah Durr; her children, Rufus Kersh Jr. (Alvia) of Champaign, Cynthia Hays, Tracy Kersh (Harriet), Bruce Kersh (Neva) and David Kersh (Katina); and her grandchildren, Eddie Carter (Lu) and Carlos Kersh (Jessica). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Corine Kersh departed this life on Nov. 29, 2022, at 11:58 p.m. at Carle Foundation Hospital.
