He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dewey Martin and Elsie Martin; his spouse Shirley Dean Martin (Kelley); his daughter Elizabeth Ann Martin; his siblings, Jenny, Brenda and Richard (Dick); his grandchildren, Victoria Eades (Spencer), Tomeka Reinberg, Ashley Reinberg, Timothy Reinberg, Braeden Charles, Elizabeth Eades, Kingstyn Eades, Tre and Treyden Humphrey; and his siblings, Peggy Martin and Ralph Martin. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and other beloved friends.

Masks, social distancing, and hand hygiene will be required to attend the services.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the family, or in his name (in honor of Elizabeth Eades) to Shriner's Hospital for Children-Chicago.
