He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cardot and Donna Cardot (Ashley); his sisters-in-law, Donna Cardot and Vicky; and his niece Amber.
He is survived by: his wife Tonja; and his siblings, Chris Cardot, Michele Steifel (Larry), George Cardot, Vince Cardot (Christine), Cindy Whitehouse (Bruce), Mark Cardot (Annette), Stephen Cardot (Kristin) and Richard Cardot (Shelly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations for Chad may be made to the Carle Center for Philanthropy Eye Education Fund.
