She was predeceased by: her husband Donald P. Mullally. She is survived by: her daughters, Katy Mullally and Patty Mullally; and her siblings, Greg Walczynski, Sue Torgerson, Steve Walczynski and Mary Ann Levine. She is also survived by many relatives in her extended family.
