She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Gateley and Elizabeth Gateley (Douglass); her husband James A. Dinkins; her daughter Laura Dee Norton-Dye; her son-in-law Curtis R. Dye; and her stepchildren, Jonathan Dinkins and Rebecca Dinkins Hargrove.
She is survived by: her daughter Lilabeth Norton Frye (David); her stepdaughter Laura Dinkins Norman (Brian); her grandchildren, Timothy (Paige), Lucas, Dustin Frye, Caleb, Lillian (Nathanael Renaud), Joseph, Samuel and Elisha Norman; and her great grandchild Knox Frye.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that any memorial donations be made to SEMO Pets (formerly the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri) or the Cape Girardeau Public Library.
