She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Theron James Kinnear and Jessie Fox Kinnear; her spouse Thomas Edward Berger; and her sister Charlotte Swengel. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Parsons of Flossmoor, IL, Jim Berger of Champaign, IL and Susan Mathis of Highlands Ranch, CO. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
