She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Forte and Ella Forte (Alexander); her brothers, J. D. and Arlie Forte; her husbands, Merle F. Herriott of Champaign and Carl Ledbetter; her daughter-in-law Donna J. Herriott; and her grandson-in-law David B. Herriott.
She is survived by: her son Mark Herriott (Marianne) of Champaign; her stepdaughter Carol Anne Ledbetter McNamara of Broken Arrow, OK.; her grandchildren, Dean Herriott of Puerto Vallarta, Deborah Rene Stumph (Brian) of Parrish, FL, Allison Fritz (Lee) of Gilbert, AZ and John Herriott (Lindsay) of Chicago, IL.; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Lee Downey, Natalie Shay Stumph, Brody Thomas Stumph of Champaign, Claire Evelyn Fritz of Gilbert, AZ and Davis Asher Herriott.
