It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Benjamin Maes of Champaign, Illinois, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Richard E. Maes Jr. and Dr. Holly Maes (Larson); his sisters, Christina Joski (Joel), Rachel Maes (Danielle Kraak) and Elizabeth VanDamme (Alex) of Chilicothe, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Bryn Maes, Richie Maes, Ginny Joski, Ray Joski and Gemma Maes.
