Barbara Collins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2022, at the age of 75, Barbara Collins of Champaign, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Adkins and Madeline Ehrenreich Adkins; her husband Van Barteau; her sister Donna Miller; and her grandson Ty Mitchem.
She is survived by: her children, William John Collins, Jr. (Tammy Collins) and Laural Collins (Tim Heintz); and her sisters, Susan Adkins Clayton and Cherie Adkins Stark. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials may be made in Barbara's name to 40 North, Champaign Arts Council, a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization (40north.org).
