He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Ann Rutherford; his children, James Arthur Rutherford, Angela Rutherford, Arthur Alexander Dwyane Rutherford, Tony Castino Rutherford, Rosemary Moffitt, Sharell Moffitt, LaQuieshia Martin (Ebony), Anthony Moffitt and Ona Brown; and his friend Tracy Osby.
