It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberto Nieto of Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos and Emilia; and his former wife Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Benson Nieto; his sons, Carlos and Marco; his sisters, Nanita and Melita; and his grandchildren, Sofia, Nina, Mario, Enzo and Nico. He is also survived by three nieces; and one nephew.
