He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Pociecha and Genevieve Pociecha (Smokowski); and his brothers, Ron, John and William Pociecha.
He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Merkel; his son Tom Jr. (Andrea) of Apple Valley, MN; his stepchildren, Frank Weber (Mary Jane) of Eden Prairie, MN, John Weber (Delene) of Mawson Lakes, Michael Hockman (Bobbi) of Chadwick, Marty Hockman (Jolene) of Mt. Carroll, Patty Jones (John) and Jean Girard (Phil); and his sister Bev Hohn. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
