It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Blair Sr. (Chadwick, Illinois), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on July 15, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. and Theodora M. Blair (Horton); his son Jimmie Blair; and his siblings, Buster Blair and Barbara Bley.
He is survived by: his spouse Judy Miller; his children, Sandee Fackler (Kevin) of Defiance, Cathy Dane (Joe) of Chadwick and Scott Blair (Casey) of Warrenville; his sister Norma Hazelton of Calif; and also, Marines, Once, Always and Marine. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and three great granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
