With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Critchelow of Cerro Gordo, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Critchelow to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Critchelow and Stella Critchelow (Crum). He is survived by: his wife Marie Ogle of Cerro Gordo; his children, Candy Cruse (Jerry) of Decatur, Dorinda Montelongo (Enriquez) of Abbyville, KS, Aaron Critchelow (Carrie) of St. Louis and William Critchelow (Tammy) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Makayl Lercher (Doug), Jeffrey Roney, Malachi Critchelow and Sarah Roney; his great grandchild Isla Roney; and his sister Marion Oieze.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home - Cerro Gordo (111 Madison St, Cerro Gordo, IL 61818). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Robert's honor may be made to American Cancer Society.
