He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Smith and Maude Smith (Albert); his brother Leroy Smith (Sandra); and his nephew Danny Smith. He is survived by: his wife May; his daughters, Penny Farley of Cerro Gordo and Amy Smith (Richard) of Oakley; his grandchildren, Amanda, Erin, Tony, Ricky, Chris, Brandon and Angel; and his sisters, Phyllis and Gail. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
