It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hollistine L. Dodd (Cerro Gordo, Illinois), who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Griffin and Mildred Louise Griffin (Smith); her husband William E. Dodd; and her sister Sylvia Griffin. She is survived by: her children, Terri Sue Wallace (Rodney) of LaPlace, IL, Annette Van Vleet (Ron) of Monticello, IL and Douglas Dodd of Cerro Gordo, IL; her grandchildren, Chad Wallace, Jay Wallace (Marcy), Jeremy Wallace (Nicky), Seth Van Vleet, Heather Van Vleet and Kyle Van Vleet (Paige); her siblings, Della Beck of California, Ron Griffin of Texas, Kathy Coffman of Missouri, Bill Griffin of Texas, Becky Chasteen of Oklahoma and Janet Griffin of California; and her sister-in-law Betty DeVore of Hammond, IL.. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
