Tuttle; her children, Pamela Dugan (Gene) of Decatur, Richard Tuttle of Cerro Gordo, William Tuttle (Chris) of Dalton City and Rocky VanHoutan (Kim) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Gerald Dugan (Denise) of Monticello, Matthew Dugan (Karen) of Decatur, Erica Tuttle of Kansas City, MO, Michael Tuttle (Morgan) of Cerro Gordo, Jenna Hall (Matt) of Cookeville, TN, Kindra Beiler (Donnie) of Mt. Zion, Kelsey Held (Brad) of Grove City, OH and Kortney Clark (Austin) of Mt. Zion; her siblings, Orville Ryder (Nancy) of Mt. Zion and Shirley Powell of Longton, KS; and her close friend Lynne Proctor (CarL). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
