She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Tarr and Okal Tarr (Bixler); her former husband Charles G. Wiggle; and her husband Dr. William H. Shackelford of Cerro Gordo. She is survived by: her children, Donna, Patricia Lee, Debra Sue, Charles Keith, Patti Albert (Lawrence) of Decatur, Debbie Gentry (Tom) of Sherman, Illinois and Keith Wiggle (Joy) of Mt. Zion, Illinois; her pet Betsy; and her siblings, Mary Belle Smallwood of Westfield, Illinois, Gerald Tarr (Barbara) of Lovington, Illinois and Wayne Tarr of Dietrich. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
